I recently moved in to RiverHouse and the whole experience has been phenomenal. The staff is amazing, and so far I have zero complaints about my time here. Also, the location is situated in a great spot right off the Olentangy trail, and it is far enough away from the action that it is quiet, but close enough to where you can walk to plenty of great restaurants, stores and bars.

Have really enjoyed living here for over a year now. Location is perfect next to the river and Olentangy trail. Quick easy bike or walk to short north, Ohio State, or downtown. I feel like the prices are very reasonable for the location and pet friendly. Office staff are awesome, caring, and very accommodating. Maintenance team responds quickly with any issues.

I've lived at River House for a year now and just resigned my lease. It has been a great place to live with good floor plans, a convenient location, fair pricing, and great people. The amenities are excellent, with a very nice pool and the Olentangy Trail is right next to the complex for easy walking access. Isiah, Noah, and Anna on the leasing team are great and easy to work with. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and Eddie is especially helpful and a great guy. There are a few negatives, but like anywhere, there are always pros and cons. Car break ins do happen, which is unfortunate. Management has responded by hiring a patrol officer, but it would be nice if cameras were installed in the parking lot with signage. There is also a lack of guest parking and currently guests have to park on a nearby street. It would be great if some of the unused permit parking spots or space in the south lot could be converted into guest parking. Overall, I give River House 5 stars. The pros definitely outweig
