I’ll be starting my third year living at the river house! We love it here for so many reasons. It is quiet, clean, has very kind and friendly staff. The gym is great and the pool is even better! The location of this complex is great and is surrounded by walking paths. There are no serious complaints about living here, it has been a wonderful home!

I recently moved in to RiverHouse and the whole experience has been phenomenal. The staff is amazing, and so far I have zero complaints about my time here. Also, the location is situated in a great spot right off the Olentangy trail, and it is far enough away from the action that it is quiet, but close enough to where you can walk to plenty of great restaurants, stores and bars.

Have really enjoyed living here for over a year now. Location is perfect next to the river and Olentangy trail. Quick easy bike or walk to short north, Ohio State, or downtown. I feel like the prices are very reasonable for the location and pet friendly. Office staff are awesome, caring, and very accommodating. Maintenance team responds quickly with any issues.

I've lived at River House for a year now and just resigned my lease. It has been a great place to live with good floor plans, a convenient location, fair pricing, and great people. The amenities are excellent, with a very nice pool and the Olentangy Trail is right next to the complex for easy walking access. Isiah, Noah, and Anna on the leasing team are great and easy to work with. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and Eddie is especially helpful and a great guy. There are a few negatives, but like anywhere, there are always pros and cons. Car break ins do happen, which is unfortunate. Management has responded by hiring a patrol officer, but it would be nice if cameras were installed in the parking lot with signage. There is also a lack of guest parking and currently guests have to park on a nearby street. It would be great if some of the unused permit parking spots or space in the south lot could be converted into guest parking. Overall, I give River House 5 stars. The pros definitely outweig

I really have no complaints about living here. The amenities are nice. I love my apartment unit and it’s fairly quiet. I feel like the staff here work really hard to resolve any issues they can and put on some cool events. Also, maintenance has always been quick and reliable.

I love it here and can't wait to start using the pool once it opens up again! Isiah, Anna, and Noah all make the best leasing office team. They truly care about all needs when they arise. Maintenance is pretty good about fixing issues quickly. I love all of the events that the leasing office hosts; they provide a bunch of goodies for residents!

I’ve lived at river house for over 3 years and it has been a great place to live. Maintenance is extremely responsive to any issues, and it is a good location close to the highway, 3rd Ave, and high street.

Fantastic place to live nothing bad to say I would recommend 100% to anyone. Great community, quiet, friendly and welcoming. Only reason why I won’t give them a 5/5 stars is due to in-convince with trash. There is no trash room in any buildings or trash shoot you have to physically carry all your trash and drive or walk it to the trash area which can be tedious if your apt is all the way on the other side

I've lived at River House for 3 years and there are a lot of positives (great location, nice appliances, responsive maintenance). But the negatives are starting to outweigh the positives. Car windows are getting smashed in on what seems like a weekly basis at this point. A courtesy officer was added but they don't work past midnight (when all the break-ins are occurring) so thats not helpful. There is no guest parking despite a large parking lot and numerous "front door" parking spots that sit empty because you have to rent them. The walls are really thin. With the price of rent here and knowing they increase it 10% every year I'm not sure I'll be renewing. If the security issues could be resolved, guest parking added and more acceptable rental rates this property could be really great.
